This is a system that's working through internet, where it could handle many data type on HTTP (Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol), which are page links. With this, we're exploring on the most famous browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave Browser, Vivaldi and much more. Without it, any page in the world would never existed and we wouldn't realize about our environment.
There are modern ways to create your website, with frameworks use like React, Node.js, Angular, Tailwind CSS and Vue. These tools make the websites more dynamical and more interactive for the users. These are optional to use, but are worth exploring as you advance.
A page it could be like this, focused on introduction to web development and the website is the entire digital environment where you can find more information and other topics.
HTML and CSS aren't programming languages. Like I told you before, they're hypertext and design language, so they don't have logic like C++, Python, etc.
